Once a contract is in “mutual agreement” Cathy’s work begins. She is organized, detail-oriented, efficient, computer proficient, internet savvy, professional, easy going and enthusiastic. She handles the details. She has been providing contract management since 2007.
Escrow is one of the final stages. Once all parties involved in the transaction have agreed on a final offer, we forward the contract offer to Kim, the escrow closer. She has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge. She will make sure the transaction closes and is fantastic about communicating and problem solving.
John will conduct a non-invasive examination of the condition of your home prior to listing. He prepares and delivers a written report of findings. You can use the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about what you would like to do to prepare your home and/or to negotiate with potential buyers.
The stager will walk with you through your home and make suggestions as to how we can create an exceptional environment that potential buyers will walk into and be WOWED! You only get one chance to make a first impression. The goal is to appeal to the masses, complement the home’s features while not “taking over”. There is a balance that is necessary for every home to reach its highest potential. They will suggest any cosmetic changes that need to occur.
Eric is a technical photographer with over 10 years professional experience shooting sports, travel, architecture and interiors photography. He uses creative composition and proper lighting to capture the essence of a location to make your home look its best.
